Grapevine Sections

Short vine sections from Greek vineyard prunings. Vines are naturally slender (2-5 cm across), so these aren't fist-sized chunks — they're pieces of real old-vine wood, cut and dried for the grill. Bright, slightly sweet smoke. Use sparingly; turns tart at high heat or long cooks.
